Simmons Made – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 5, 2025

By working with Simmons Made, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided Simmons Made provides web design and related services including design, development, SEO setup, contact form integration, and optional hosting. Scope of work will be outlined in writing prior to project start.

2. Payment Terms

• One-time payment plans must be paid in full before launch.

• Monthly payment plans ($99/month for 12 months) are billed automatically through Stripe.

• The website remains the property of Simmons Made until paid in full.

• Late or failed payments may result in site suspension.

3. Ownership and Licensing

• Until full payment is received, Simmons Made retains ownership of the website.

• Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered website and content.

• Simmons Made may showcase the project in a portfolio unless requested otherwise.

4. Revisions and Support

• Each package includes a defined number of revisions.

• Support is provided for 30 days post-launch for Growth and E-Commerce packages.

• Essential Package includes one round of revisions and 30 days of support from date of launch.

• Additional updates or changes after support window are billed separately or covered by a maintenance plan.

5. Maintenance Plan Your website package does not include ongoing maintenance. For clients who want continued support, we offer a Website Maintenance Plan for $49/month, which includes:

• Up to 1 hour of edits or updates per month

• Monthly performance and security checks

• Basic SEO adjustments

• Plugin/theme updates (if WordPress)

• Priority support

Clients on the $99/month payment plan may enroll in the Maintenance Plan at a discounted rate of $39/month.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• No refunds once design work has begun.

• Monthly payment plans may be canceled, but access to the site will be revoked unless paid in full.

• Maintenance plans may be canceled anytime.

7. Communication Timely communication is required to keep the project on schedule. Delays in response from the client may delay delivery.

8. Liability Simmons Made is not liable for loss of income, traffic, or data due to website issues, third-party tools, or hosting interruptions.

1. Information We Collect We collect your name, email, business details, and project-related content when you contact us, fill out a form, or engage our services.

2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to:

• Provide web design services

• Send invoices and collect payments

• Communicate regarding your project

• Improve our services

3. Data Sharing We do not sell or share your personal information. Your data may be processed by trusted tools (e.g., Stripe, Notion, email providers) to manage your project securely.

4. Security We take precautions to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts and login information.
